Other Information
This tribute was written by Sharon Russel, Daniel's Mother:-
Daniel was born in Christchurch NZ to Sharon and Paul Williams on his Mum's 21st birthday so they share that date forever. He has an older sister Gina and younger twin brothers John and Tahu. Daniel was loved so much by his step-Dad, Paul Russell, and his step Mum, Alice. Daniel was survived by his partner Carlie and his beautiful son Tyson.
Daniel was just 26 years old when he tragically died in an accident at the Kanowna Belle mine. Daniel had an infectious smile and was always the life of the party. He loved his family, the Crusaders and of course the All Blacks and was proud of his Ngai Tahu heritage. In his short life he touched the hearts of so many and Daniel will never be forgotten. R.I.P son. (Moe moe pepe).
