MINER'S DEATH -Fall Of Earth In Shaft KALGOORLIE, Feb. 17
A finding of accidental death was returned by a jury of three at an inquest before the Acting-Coroner, Mr. J. A. Gillespie, J.P., in the Boulder Courthouse today into the death of Ernest Albert Oxley (39), married, miner of Clancy-street, Boulder who was killed by a heavy fall of earth in the main shaft of the Great Boulder mine on the after-noon of February 6. The jury found that no blame was attachable to any person. Two doctors were among the eight witnesses who gave evidence at the inquest. Sgt. D. Morris assisted the acting-coroner and Mr. T. A. Hartrey represented the Great Boulder mine.
