Mr Coutts was driving a tractor north on the railway embankment. At approximately 10:40 pm, he attempted to execute a three-point turn in order to tow a set of lights on a skid south down the line. The rear wheels of the tractor went over the edge of the embankment, causing the tractor to overturn and pin Mr Coutts underneath.
